Social work as known to everyone is a noble job where people are eagerly concerned with helping other people, families, individuals, communities and different groups in order to enhance the well-being on individual as well as on a collective basis. So, round the clock you have to work amidst bunch of people; hearing to their problems, solving their issues and sometimes some kind of field work may cause you extreme pressure and thus leading to stress.

It is a complete myth which social workers live in that they can handle any kind of stress just because they possess the art of treating stress but it may cause adverse effects many-a-times
  • Work management is the smartest way to deal with any hurdles that comes your way. You should manage your work diligently and efficiently even if you're overloaded with issues/ cases. Don't lose your focus and stay calm, composed and most importantly organised
